Daily Drill Workout 

This class is our most diverse and intense strength and agility workout.  It will incorporate the GRAVITY machines as well as our TRX Suspension Training, kettle bells, BOSU balls, fit balls, workout swords and a whole lot more into one awesome workout providing total body functional conditioning.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  This training tool leverages gravity and your body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.  You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

I just moved back to Vero from Grad School and I really love this gym. The class sizes are amazing and Jon is one of the best instructors I've ever had! Every class we do different exercises. So I'm always learning and am seeing results after the first couple classes. Everyone in that works out here is really fun to be around. Its a great gym for anyone to get in awesome shape. Fitness Republic is a one-of-a-kind fitness experience. Brandie and Jon are wonderful, caring, down to earth people. Jon tailors each fitness experience to each individual client. Exercising was never an enjoyable experience for me until I started going to Fitness Republic. Jon makes it fun and I'm always a little sad when my session ends. I'm always looking forward to the next time I have a session with him. No two sessions are the same. There is nothing boring about the experience. ​I started going to Jon's classes almost a year ago, and I love them.  Jon does different exercises each class, never a dull moment.  Jon and Brandie are truly concerned about their clients.  They don't ask you to try to do exercises that they think you can't do at the time.   Even if there are more than one person in class, the exercises are personalized to each person.   Consideration for their clients is really thoughtful.  They are a truly lovely and a loving family and it shows.  Great examples for everyone!

Jon & Brandie really work with you to make sure their fitness workout is geared to your age and your limits. I love the small group setting, it's like getting personal training but you get to be in a small group setting. Love the facility and all the variety for working out. Would recommend highly to anyone wanting to do strength training and improve balance and overall health.
